9:00AM
Meet for a guided hike at Fall Creek-Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park in Felton, rain or shine! It’s about a 4.6 mile hike featuring the Lime Kilns and the beautiful Fall Creek and is good for all skill levels. It should take us about 2 hours. A snack will be served following the hike.

11:15AM – 1:30PM
Holiday cooking workshop with certified nutrition consultant Madia Jamgochian.
 Did you know that what you eat has a profound effect on feeding or fighting inflammation? Learn the basics of cooking an anti-inflammatory diet menu and take home some additional delicious Holiday recipes. During the workshop, you’ll be cooking and working together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment.

1:30PM  – 3:00PM
