The January 2020 Fitness Challenge is now completed!

Join us for the month of January for a four week fitness program to welcome in the new year
Saturday, January 4, 2020 to Friday, January 31, 2020
in Santa Cruz, California

We will kick it off the program on Saturday, January 4, 2020 with the first of four Saturday boot camps. These workouts will take place at Santa Cruz Strong from 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m on Saturdays throughout the month of January. The studio is located at 2-1521 East Cliff Dr. Santa Cruz, CA 95062. Drop ins are welcome ($25 fee). The boot camps are comprised of group interval training that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. The sessions are designed to push participants harder than they would push themselves and to always keep the body guessing. You will leave these classes not only feeling stronger physically, but mentally as well.

Monday through Friday, we will meet online for live training sessions that will incorporate strength training, HIIT style tabata, cardiovascular endurance, and whole body training circuits. The online workouts are interactive and designed to challenge any fitness level. The live feed will be casted through Facebook and recorded for future convenience. You can do these workouts from the comfort of your home.
