Sample Menu

Breakfast:
Seasonal Frittata: caramelized leeks, sweet potato, goat cheese, cherry tomato

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Kabocha Turmeric Soup: (bone broth, kabocha, onion, garlic, coconut milk)
Pulled Pork Tacos (with avocado, corn tortillas and sour cream)
Seasonal slaw
(cabbage, cilantro, avo mayo, fresh corn)

Snack:
Nut and seeds balls

Dinner:
Miso Glazed Fish
Green salad (kale, romaine, radicchio, carrots, avo, seeds, dressing)
3 Roots Mash (golden beet, parsnip, celery root)

Dessert:
Seasonal fruit crisp
