Whether your focus is stress reduction, weight loss, to live a more active lifestyle, or if you simply need a reboot into healthy living, let us help you become a healthier, happier you!

After starting each day with yoga and meditation, you will set off to explore the area on guided hikes, and release your stress during afternoons of uplifting, high-intensity fitness classes. At night you will fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. 

You will end the weekend with a deeper appreciation of the power of your own body, a clearer mind, a knowledge of tools to achieve a healthy lifestyle, and a community of people who support you.

Your weekend at the Ke-La Fitness and Wellness Retreat includes:

  • Choice of accommodation
  • All delicious, nutritious, and satisfying meals and snacks
  • Fitness assessment upon arrival, including weight, body fat, lean body muscle, and RMR (resting metabolic rate)
  • Two guided hikes in our native redwood forest and along the coastal Pacific Ocean
  • Daily cardio and strength training classes, tailored to your individual ability level
  • Yoga, stretching, and meditation classes
  • An education series that covers topics on nutrition, fitness and behavioral health with special focus on sustaining a healthy lifestyle
